Soy intake and breast cancer risk: a prospective study of 300,000 Chinese women and a dose–response meta-analysis

A study of 300,000+ Chinese women found NO association between soy intake and breast cancer risk (RR=1.00). A meta-analysis showed a modest 3% risk reduction only at very high intake levels (3-4 soy servings/day) that most people never reach, with unclear statistical robustness. The claim that soy decreases breast cancer risk overstates what this paper shows.
