This study included 36 healthy menopausal women (average age 50) randomly assigned to receive low-dose creatine (750 mg/day), medium-dose creatine (1,500 mg/day), a creatine combination (800 mg/day), or placebo. Of approximately 13 cognitive tests, only 2 showed slight improvement in the medium-dose group. No changes were observed in blood markers or typical menopausal symptoms.
