    Conducted on obese but otherwise healthy individuals. Many variables tracked and balanced or accounted for. Limitation only in Japanese populations

    Co-administration of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and restricted calorie diet (RCD) decrease body weight and BMI.

    Not sure whether this a is a result of the vinegar or the diet; confounded.

    Also cannot access, so not sure about demographic balance
